One Rent reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our Website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Booking Through One Rent

When you make a booking via our Website, you are entering into a direct agreement with the third-party car rental provider listed on the booking page. One Rent acts solely as a facilitator, offering a platform for browsing and completing reservations.

We are not responsible for the rental terms, pricing, or quality of service provided by third-party rental agencies. In the event of disputes, issues, or complaints related to your booking or the rental vehicle, you agree to resolve them directly with the provider in question.

3. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Website — including text, images, logos, software, and trademarks — is owned by One Rent, its affiliates, or its licensed partners. This material may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Personal and non-commercial use is permitted, provided it adheres to applicable laws and any accompanying copyright or trademark notices.

4. Eligibility and Responsible Use

To use our services, you must be of legal age and have the authority to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By creating an account or placing a booking, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring the accuracy of all personal information provided.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or software to extract data from the Website;
• Circumvent access restrictions or security features;

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before the booking start date: Full refund
• Between 3 and 7 days before the booking: 90% refund
• Between 1 and 3 days before the booking: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund

Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with our payment provider’s timelines.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Our Website and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable content, we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or availability.
